A Campus Designed for Performance and Quality
Our Shelbyville campus reflects CIP’s long-term vision for intentional growth. Today, the site features three fully enclosed blasting and coating buildings, each equipped with advanced air filtration and environmental control systems. These systems allow our team to maintain consistent application conditions while meeting strict safety and environmental standards.
By working within controlled environments, we are able to deliver reliable, repeatable results; even on complex industrial coatings projects. This level of control is critical for achieving long-lasting performance and meeting the demanding specifications our clients rely on.
A Dedicated Blast Shop
Five years ago, CIP took a major step forward by opening a dedicated blast shop. This addition allowed us to separate abrasive blasting and coating applications into different buildings, creating a more efficient workflow and effectively doubling our capacity.
Separating these processes also strengthened quality control. With less congestion and environments optimized for each phase of work, our teams can focus on doing each step right without compromise. The result is improved throughput, higher-quality finishes, and more predictable timelines for our clients.
Our 2025 Expansion
In 2025, CIP expanded once again with the opening of our newest paint and coatings facility. This 14,000-square-foot building was designed specifically to handle larger, more complex industrial projects while maintaining the same high standards our clients expect.
The facility includes a 10-ton overhead crane, allowing for the safe and efficient handling of large components. Like our other buildings, it features advanced air filtration and environmental controls to support precise coating applications. This expansion significantly increases our capacity and gives us the flexibility to take on larger scopes of work with confidence.
